9.3 Flint blade

A blade made from flint which was lying in the triple grave between the legs of the central individual DV 15.

The triple grave was totally surrounded by a thick cultural layer comprising bones and artefacts – perforated predator teeth, ivory pendants, a bone bodkin, lithics, lumps of fired clay or the non-perforated fossilized shells of Tertiary molluscs. In the area of the oral cavity of DV 15 was lying a fragment of animal bone marked with incisions.
